Our guests are requested to confirm their identity during the process of check-in. This is basically done to ensure security at Taj Tristar premises. Any one of the following credentials would serve as a legitimate proof.

Exchange rate fluctuations would apply on currency conversion. However rates confirmed in USD remain the same when paid in US currency. Credit card payments will be debited in local money based on daily currency exchange rate utilized by the hotel. Bank or credit card company’s currency conversion levies is not in any way determined by Taj Tristar.

Alcoholic beverage service is restricted to those 21 years or older (with valid identification)

The hotel is equipped with state of the art and sprinkler systems. An emergency evacuation plan is displayed in all rooms.

In consonance to Indian law, smoking is strictly prohibited in No Smoking Zones and public areas.
